Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:

- You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories or assembly parts
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Furniture or décor items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Clearance, sale, or final-discount products
Return Process
- Contact us at info@stylenestfurniture.store with your order number, item details, and photos of the product and packaging.
- Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Replacements
If a replacement is requested and the item is in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional cost after we receive the returned product.
